White wines with character. At Domaine Robineau, we work our dry white wines with one requirement: to reveal the fruit and terroir of the Val du Layon.

Whether it is the Chenin Blanc from our Anjou Blanc , the Chardonnay or the Sauvignon , we use skin maceration to extract more aromas, more texture, more personality.

Unlike traditional winemaking where the grapes are pressed directly, we leave the juice to macerate for a few hours with the grape skins.
